Amazing food, great pricing. Wish this was closer to Encino. I haven't found a place as good as this in the valley. Service from Eric was amazing. Definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it!
Service was great - frequently asked if we wanted more meat or beverage refills. We got the AYCE option and the meat quality was average. I found the soup base to be saltier but it seems like they didn't use so much msg as I wasn't dying at the end of the evening , or maybe they do and I didn't feel the aftermath of it. There is city parking structure across the street on fair oak. The experience is like a Toyota. Solid and dependable without being too memorable.
This place doesn't seem to get a lot of customers. We visited twice when in Pasadena, because other places were packed. The food & service were great. Prices were a bit high but not too bad. I liked the seafood plate for shabu. Bathroom was clean. Definitely recommend if places like Cheesecake Factory have too long a wait.
